What this site is

Momentum Space is an informational reference about antivirus software, written for a general audience in Australia. It is published by Moment stav s.r.o. and is not operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any software vendor. It does not sell software, process payments, provide support for any product, or act as an agent for any supplier.

It is not professional advice

The content here is general information. It is not security advice, technical advice, legal advice or financial advice, and it does not take account of any individual's circumstances, devices or requirements. Before acting on anything you read here, consider whether it fits your situation, and for a decision that matters, seek advice from a qualified professional. Where a matter involves a suspected compromise, a scam, online safety or a privacy complaint, the Australian bodies listed throughout this site are the appropriate route.

Accuracy and change

Pages are written with care and reviewed periodically, and the review date appears in the footer of every page. Even so, this subject moves: operating systems change what they include, vendors change what their products do and what they cost, and published guidance is updated. Information here may become out of date between reviews.
