- A consumer dispute with a supplier. The ACCC explains consumer guarantees and the avenues available.
A note on what you send
An email is personal information, and it is handled as described in the privacy policy: kept only as long as needed to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards, and not used for marketing, because this site sends none. Please do not include passwords, licence keys, payment card details, identity document numbers or anything else sensitive. Nothing here requires them, and no legitimate correspondence from this publisher will ever ask for them.
