Privacy policy

This policy describes what happens to information in connection with the website at momentumspace.online. It describes this site only, and it does not describe collection that does not occur here.
1. Who is responsible
The entity responsible for this site and for the handling of personal information described below is:

This policy is written with reference to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, because the site is written for readers in Australia, and to the General Data Protection Regulation, because Moment stav s.r.o. is established in the European Union. Where those frameworks differ, the more protective position is applied.
2. What is collected
Momentum Space collects no personal information through its pages. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account, no comment section, no quiz, no survey and no chat widget on this site, and there is no input field of any kind on any page. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising or conversion tracking.
Three categories of information nonetheless exist in connection with the site, and this is the complete list.
2.1 Server logs kept by the hosting provider
Like any web server, the server hosting this site records a line for each request. Each entry contains the IP address making the request, the browser's user agent string, the URL requested, the response status, the time and date, and in some cases the referring address. These logs are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure. They are not used to build a profile, are not linked to any individual, and are not combined with anything else.
2.2 Web font requests to Google
Pages on this site load two typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page opens, the reader's browser requests a stylesheet and font files from Google's servers, and Google receives the reader's IP address and standard request headers as part of that request. No cookie is set by this request. If this matters to you, blocking requests to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com in your browser leaves the site fully readable in a substitute typeface. Google's own statement of how it handles such data is in the Google privacy policy.
2.3 Email you choose to send
If you write to info@momentumspace.online, we receive whatever you put in that message: your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents. Nothing obliges you to include anything beyond what the matter requires, and the contact page asks readers not to send passwords, licence keys or payment details, because nothing here needs them.
3. Why, and on what basis

No information from this site is used for marketing. No profiling and no automated decision-making take place. Nothing is sold, rented or traded to anyone, and there is no direct marketing list of any kind.
4. How long each category is kept
- Server logs: retained for 30 days from the date of the request, then deleted by the hosting provider's automated rotation. Where an entry forms part of an active investigation into a security incident, that specific material may be retained for up to 12 months and is then deleted.
- Font requests: nothing is stored by this publisher. Any retention on Google's side is governed by Google's own policy.
- Email correspondence: retained for 24 months from the last message in the exchange, then deleted. Where a message leads to a correction on the site, a note of the correction may be kept for longer, with the sender's personal details removed.
5. Who else receives it
Two parties, and no others.
- The hosting provider that operates the server delivering this site, which necessarily processes requests and generates the logs described above.
- Google, which receives the IP address and request headers of a reader's browser when the web font stylesheet and font files are requested, as described in section 2.2.
No analytics provider, no advertising network, no data broker, no social media platform and no email marketing service receives anything from this site, because none is used. If you follow an advertising link to a vendor's website, that is a new visit to a different operator, and what happens there is governed by their privacy policy and not by this one; the affiliate disclosure explains the arrangement.
5.1 Cross-border disclosure
The recipients described above are located outside Australia. The publisher is established in the Czech Republic, and Google operates infrastructure in a number of countries including the United States. This means that where the information described in this policy is personal information about a reader in Australia, it is disclosed to overseas recipients for the purposes of Australian Privacy Principle 8. Readers should be aware that once information is held overseas, Australian law may not apply to it in the same way, and the enforcement options available under Australian law may be more limited than for information held in Australia.
6. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, so traffic between a reader's browser and the server is encrypted in transit. There is no database on this site and no stored reader data, because nothing is collected: the site is a set of static files. Access to the server and to the email account is limited to the publisher and protected by multi-factor authentication. Email correspondence is held in a mailbox operated by the publisher's email provider.
7. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you may ask what personal information is held about you and ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or misleading. In practice, the only material likely to exist is an email you sent and possibly a server log entry that has not yet been deleted. Requests go to info@momentumspace.online and are answered within 30 days. We may need to ask a question to confirm which material is yours; a log entry cannot usually be connected to an individual at all, which limits what can be provided.
If you are unhappy with how a privacy matter has been handled, raise it with us first at the address above so we have an opportunity to fix it. If the response is unsatisfactory, or none arrives, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which sets out its complaints process on its website.
7.1 If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom
Because Moment stav s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, the GDPR applies to its processing. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. There is no consent-based processing to withdraw, because this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking. You may complain to a supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), or to the authority in your own country of residence.
8. Data breaches
If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual whose personal information is involved, the publisher will assess it and notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and will notify the relevant European supervisory authority where the GDPR requires it.
9. Children
This site is written for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. It collects nothing from anyone, including anyone under 16, and it contains no feature through which a child could provide personal information. No age-related content is published here and no age verification is performed, because there is nothing to gate.
10. Changes to this policy
If what this site does changes, this policy is updated before the change takes effect, and the effective date at the top of the page is revised. Should tracking, analytics or any form ever be introduced — none is planned — this policy and the cookie policy would be rewritten to describe it accurately, and a consent mechanism would be in place before anything was set or collected. The version published on this page is always the current one.
